一、Responsibilities職責: 1、Answering the customers’ calls provide the speedy, accurate professional consultations services fthe customers. 接聽客戶主動來電,為客戶提供快速、準確和專業(yè)的咨詢和服務(wù); 2、Take the initiative to contact the customers according to the customer list invite the customers to visit the learning center by phone 根據(jù)公司提供的客戶清單,主動聯(lián)系客戶,電話邀約客人到學習中心參觀咨詢。 3、On the appointed day, contact the customers to confirm whether they will come not one hour in advance; if they cannot come on time, reschedule the time fthem. 用戶來訪當日,提前1個小時與用戶確認是否來訪,如不能按時到訪,為用戶改約時間; 4、Make detailed records of the contents inquired by the customers every day 每天詳細記錄用戶來電咨詢的相關(guān)內(nèi)容; |
