一、Responsibilities職責(zé): 1、Answering the customers’ calls provide the speedy, accurate professional consultations services fthe customers. 接聽客戶主動來電,為客戶提供快速、準(zhǔn)確和專業(yè)的咨詢和服務(wù); 2、Take the initiative to contact the customers according to the customer list invite the customers to visit the learning center by phone 根據(jù)公司提供的客戶清單,主動聯(lián)系客戶,電話邀約客人到學(xué)習(xí)中心參觀咨詢。 3、On the appointed day, contact the customers to confirm whether they will come not one hour in advance; if they cannot come on time, reschedule the time fthem. 用戶來訪當(dāng)日,提前1個(gè)小時(shí)與用戶確認(rèn)是否來訪,如不能按時(shí)到訪,為用戶改約時(shí)間; 4、Make detailed records of the contents inquired by the customers every day 每天詳細(xì)記錄用戶來電咨詢的相關(guān)內(nèi)容; |
